This policy explains what HouseKey (operated by Nicolas Brem, doing business as Fortress Hospitality) collects, how we use it, and how we protect it. HouseKey is the membership and door-entry experience for Fortress Hospitality venues.

Information we collect

• Contact details — your mobile phone number and email address, which you provide to sign in, verify your identity, and receive your membership pass.
• Membership application details — the information you submit when you apply (name, date of birth, and any answers the venue asks for), used to review and manage your membership.
• Usage and device data — basic technical information (such as sign-in events) needed to operate the app securely.

How we use your information

• To send one-time passcodes by SMS and email so you can sign in and check your application status, and to send transactional notices about your own membership.
• To review and manage your membership and venue access.
• To secure the service and prevent fraud or abuse.

SMS messaging

We text you only if you tick the messaging checkbox — unticked by default — on the membership application or the member sign-in screen. Ticking it opts you in to transactional SMS from HouseKey: one-time passcodes and notices about your own membership. Message frequency depends on your activity; most messages are sent in direct response to something you do. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Opting in is never required. If you leave the box unticked we send nothing to your phone, and your sign-in codes and membership notices go to your email address instead — your application, approval, and pass work exactly the same way.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties, and we do not use them for marketing. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging carriers strictly needed to deliver the messages you request.

Data sharing

We share your information only with service providers who help us operate the app (for example, our SMS and email delivery providers), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your membership is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at nicolasrobertbrem@gmail.com.
